There's also the except Quebec part, and I'm not whining about it, since it's like that all the time, so stop whining about something that's not gonna change since they always do contests like this.

Might be an idea to not do the contests at all if they can't involve the whole community. The COULD do it. They simply choose not to. A bit of a shame, that. It reminds me of Blizz to a slight extent. They could do a whole lot too, buy FFXIV gil but they choose to never do so.
Anyways, this is ultimately just America and PC exclusive wanking, so in the end, nothing too significant to bother with beyond some tiny amount of vanity.

I'm gonna have to agree with the person saying EU gets stuff we don't all the time. For example, I'm still upset that my FFXIV 1.0 CE didn't come with a tumbler.
